New Beginnings - Welcome to mine!!!

Hola!

Welcome to Life of Naliva, a place for reflection, inspiration and for sharing ideas and thoughts on all things life related!  Life is broad, vast and full of so much that is inspirational, emotional, moving and at times extremely challenging.  My aim is to share parts of my life that in any other form I don't get to express as fully as I would like to or get the opportunity to, or if I am being real, don't make time to whilst making endless excuses as to why I cant do this or I cant do that, you know how it goes!  

See for many years now I have felt a bit lost.  The feelings of drifting and not really understanding where I need to be heading has been weighing heavy on my soul.   At 34 almost 35 perhaps I am coming to a bit of a transition or now it is time for me to hit that "mid life crisis" stage.  All I know is I need to make some changes, to take a leap of faith and redirect my focus, shifting some positive energy into something that makes me happy and gives me back a sense of who I am. 

I want to share my thoughts on things that inspire me and hopeful you too!  I want to have difficult conversations about everyday life experiences because lets face it, life is hard at times and everyone I am sure has moments of feeling alone, unsure, afraid and lost not knowing where to turn.  You find yourself trawling the internet, desperately asking google the difficult questions that you just can't bare to face, in the hope that an answer will appear that can give you some strength to act, but it never does, and you never act.  I have been that person and I am sure I will remain that person, however maybe this blog can provide a safe space to talk about our lives in a way that lets us know we are not alone.  

Life of Naliva is for everyone and I hope you enjoy coming on this journey with me as I start my new beginning!
